Children may dream of growing up and being out on their own, but the reality is that we need others. We weren’t meant to live in isolation, but to live in intimate fellowship.

As children, we all have positive dreams for our future. We say, “When I grow up… fill in the blank.” We dream about careers – what kind of job we will have. We dream about what our family will be like – marriage, kids of our own. We dream about how we will make a living and how we will live. In this message, we’ll see that without the proper dreams and purpose, life will seem tiresome, unfulfilling, and uncontrollable.

The epilogue – the “after story” - is always an interesting part of the story. How did their life turn out? What impact did their words or work or sacrifice ultimately have on those around them? In this message, we look at the impact Jesus had on His followers as strong evidence of His claim to be the Son of God.

The sixth piece of evidence left by Jesus declaring that He is the Son of God is the uberevidence. The chief of all the evidence that Jesus is God is the “missing evidence” - the empty tomb, the missing body, the physical, bodily resurrection of Jesus from death.

Crime scene investigators can unearth lots of clues from the way a victim dies to understand the time of death, the cause of death, the relationship between the victim and killer, the motive, and the mindset of the victim as he died. The bind man believed not because of a long list of explanations about Jesus, but because of what was undeniable in his life - that he could see!
